Game Description
Bodies Needed: Five
Rules: The team on offense stays on offense for a set amount of time (in this case, 30 seconds). The coach rebounds every shot (there are no offensive rebounds) as the offensive players get open behind the 3-point line.
Optional Rules to Add: The offense must get a paint touch before shooting. The offense must run an action before shooting.
Coaching Points
Bama decisions to ensure wise use of every second on the clock
Work hard to create as much separation from the defensive players as possible before the catch
With the passer on the inside, this should yield more 3-pointers
Scadlock footwork on the catch
